Good value, minor snag

I bought a pair of jeans and a casual blouse during their summer sale. The prices were quite good for what I got, and the quality seems decent for the cost. Ordered a few times to California, usually takes about 1.5 to 2 weeks for me. It's not Amazon speed, but it's not terrible for international.

Mine took almost 3 weeks to Florida once, but another time it was closer to 10 days. I think it really depends on customs and what not. Just be prepared for it to take a bit.

I'd say it's pretty comparable to Zara, maybe a step up from H&M sometimes. Don't expect super luxury stuff but it holds up well enough for trendy pieces.

It's definitely fast fashion quality. Good for a season or two, but don't expect it to last forever. I've had some tops pill quickly, but their dresses generally do okay.

I've found their stuff to be pretty true to size, maybe a tiny bit on the smaller side for some things but nothing drastic. I usually just order my regular size.

It can be a little hit or miss, honestly. I got a blazer last month that was perfect, but a top I ordered a while back was definitely snug. Check the product descriptions for any notes on fit if they have them, that sometimes helps.

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month. Just follow their process on the website and my refund hit my account within a week.

Not a hassle at all in my experience. Just make sure you send it back within the timeframe they specify, and I think you usually cover return shipping unless it was their fault. But refunds come through fine.
